I am a book author, songwriter, singer, entrepreneur just created my own record label recently as well. I take yoga classes, dance class, and workout 3-5 per week. Self care is very important to me. I’m a very calm yet exciting person at the same time. I enjoy bringing excitement to others lives in a positive manner. I’m very mindful about others feelings I love to make all of my friends feel very important. I want all my friends to feel wanted and loved also supported and understood and most of all heard. A day with me includes

Mindful planning: depends on what you want to do!

Coffee by 9 AM no later than 10 AM, in the hour of 9 to 10 AM I like to focus on my intention for this day. What is it? I plan to accomplish. What is it? I plan to get done. What is on my to do list making sure my worst day I get at least one of those things done after coffee and a light breakfast either I a.m. walk or gym class also being mindful of saying hydrated, gym, class, reflection, and preparing for lunch, making sure I’m making healthy choices. Been mindful of the day who I have affected with my kindness today who I have affected with my positive words today how is it leaving an impact or increasing my life and others lives checking schedule for any appointments is done between 6 AM to 8 AM if all those fails doing my best to get to the gym between or before the 9 to 10 AM hour, so I guess a day with me would very much very it depends on my schedule for that day. It depends on the weather and what I have to do but anytime spent with me is going to be extremely fun and reflect meet new people try to figure out their goals and interest visions and dreams what they like to do. Do they know their purpose in this life? Are they trying to achieve figuring that out? How can I help them figure out their purpose? What can we do to see what they like or dislike but they’re not quite sure what they like or dislike what new things are they willing to try life is not life if you’re not living yet if you’re just watching others, live there and passing by day by day, I love you find out what people are good at and what they enjoy doing and seeing several different ways, we can heighten that and incorporate new things that doesn’t make the things that I like to do even more Fun or try something new altogether that people may not know they even liked. I didn’t know I like you once I started doing it.
