  One of my favorite things to do in Rio is to take an afternoon stroll along the beautiful beaches of Ipanema and Arpoador. There’s nothing quite like sipping fresh coconut water while unwinding and watching the breathtaking sunset. It’s a cherished tradition among the locals, who celebrate the moment the sun dips behind the mountains with applause. I always take my non-local friends there, and they never regret it—they always thank me for sharing such a magical experience with them.

  Located just across from the Jerónimos Monastery, this is one of Lisbon’s most beautiful gardens. Created in the early 20th century for the study of botanical species from the former Portuguese colonies, the garden is home to a rich collection of tropical and subtropical plants brought from Africa, Asia, and South America. It’s a peaceful oasis right in the heart of Belém’s busy tourist area — perfect for a quiet stroll or a moment of rest amid the city’s vibrant energy.

  The Maasai are a semi-nomadic people who live in close harmony with nature, often sharing their surroundings with wild animals. On this tour, you’ll visit a traditional Maasai village (manyatta) and learn about their daily life, cattle herding, and sustainable practices. Founded in 1903, the Deutsches Museum, with its precious collection of valuable objects, is one of the most important technology and science museums in the world. It shows masterpieces of natural science and technology at four locations: in the main building on Museum Island, in the traffic center on Theresienhöhe, in the Schleißheim airship yard and in the German Museum Bonn. Towards new worlds In the major future initiative, the exhibitions on Museum Island will be fundamentally renewed in two sections by 2025 and the building will be brought up to date with the latest technology. During the modernization, at least half of the exhibition space with many highlights remains open. If you wanted to see all areas on this 25000 sqm, you would have to walk 9 km. A visit is always worthwhile.
