I’m the kind of girl who plans her trips around tasting menus and remembers cities by what she ate there. Bogotá tastes like Leo. CDMX tastes like Rosetta and the Jardín Botánico. Tokyo lives in my head rent-free — I’m studying 日本語 so when I finally get there, I can order like a local and eavesdrop like a pro.✨ By day my work eats me alive. By night you’ll find me in one of three places: somewhere with low lighting and a blunt list, lost in a museum reading every plaque like it’s going to be on a test, or in a crowd with house music in my chest. • Slow morning coffee on the balcony, bird stealing the foam, Japanese flashcards open on my phone • A drive west with the windows down, lo-fi on the way out, EDM on the way back • Mofongo and cold beer somewhere in Joyuda where the owner already knows my order • An afternoon detour through a gallery or museum — I’ll read every placard, you’ve been warned • A late dinner where the food matters more than the photos • Either home for ramen and one ep of anime… or out till sunrise with the bass still ringing in my ears.
