About me

Hey! my name's Vanessa, I work as a mental health nurse. In my free time I enjoy being with friends, working on growing my gourmet mushrooms, I love watching films and reading fiction and nonfiction fiction novels. In my daily practice I try to incorporate meditation and body weight fitness exercises and I'm becoming more interested in the idea of participating in calisthenics. My interests are largely based around maintaining external and internal equilibrium and sharing the best of what I get out of that with others.
I'm a curious and inquisitive person and I'm always thinking of ideas and new ways of doing things.
