Rudy Lim is a smart, fun-loving, and approachable entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. He is currently the Founder of ADAM, an asset management fund, former CEO of OIO, a SGX listed blockchain engineering company and a VC of a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups. Rudy is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems, and he is always looking for new opportunities to make a difference.

In his previous role as Head of Fintech at DBS Bank, Rudy was responsible for developing and implementing the bank's Fintech strategy. He worked closely with startups and other financial institutions to create innovative solutions that would improve the customer experience. Rudy is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, and he is committed to creating a more equitable and accessible environment for all.

In his spare time, Rudy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing basketball, and traveling. He is also a regular volunteer at several local charities.
