Hey there!

My name is Nailah, and I come from Brooklyn, New York. However, I am currently living in Egypt. I have a wealth of experience in nursing and certified health and wellness coaching, particularly with Veterans.

My passion involves teaching mind-body skills like guided meditation, breathwork, and drawings. These skills help my clients to experience transformational changes in their lives. I am confident that I can positively impact anyone who works with me.
