Global Trends in E-Waste Recycling
Global trends in e-waste recycling show the general public, as well as key industries, are becoming more conscious, and innovative, in managing waste products. Governments are putting in place what are referred to as types of e-waste management policies aimed at ensuring that manufacturers take responsibility for their products. Technological upgrades in the recycling electronic waste processes through hydrometallurgy and artificial intelligence in systems have been achieved. The use of green IT in business and in general and cyclic economy approaches contribute to better resource recycling. To enhance the growth of recycling systems, emerging markets have put in place frameworks that cover recycling facilities. There is increased public concern and corporate action with recycling gains from e-waste as a way of mitigating environmental impacts. International cooperation is needed for a better future and there are companies like Techazar that are giving their contribution.
