My name is Juvensio Zulu, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in public administration. My academic journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to public service, ethics, and governance. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University, Lusaka, Zambia, affiliated with the Pontifical University Antonianum (PUA) in Rome, Italy. I also have diplomas in Philosophy and Religious Studies, Psycho-Spirituality and Religious Studies, and Social Work from institutions in Zambia.Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong interest in exploring complex moral and ethical issues, as reflected in my bachelor's thesis titled 'The Moral Implications of Human Genetic Engineering in the Light of Aquinas’ Natural Law.' This work underscores my passion for understanding and addressing the ethical dimensions of contemporary challenges.Currently, I am working on my master's thesis, focusing on the integration of ICT for service delivery at Mufulira Municipal Council in Zambia. My research aims to explore how technology can improve public service delivery and enhance citizen engagement in democratic governance. I am particularly interested in the opportunities and challenges that ICT initiatives present in urban settings, especially within the context of African development.Outside of my academic work, I enjoy watching movies and series, social drinking, and making new friends. I also love going on holidays, visting places like the Victoria Falls, Sanfia Beach, and Siavonga, these are some of my favorite places i visit.My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the field of public administration in Zambia and beyond by leveraging my interdisciplinary background and commitment to public service.
