The Museo del Fútbol sits inside Estadio Centenario in Parque Batlle. The visit goes through the collection, including a replica of the Jules Rimet trophy and shirts worn by Obdulio Varela, Pelé and Maradona, and ends on the Tribuna Olímpica above the pitch. Check the opening days before you go and avoid match days, when stadium access may be closed. Allow about an hour.
