About this tip
On the 22nd floor of the Intendencia, almost 80 metres up, the Mirador Panorámico looks over the city and the river. Entry is free through the visitor entrance at the back of the building on Soriano street, then a glass lift. You can walk almost all the way around the terrace, and a small café and binocular rental are on the floor. Ask for the leaflet that names the buildings below and check current hours first.
