About me

Hello people! My name is Donatas, 29 years old. I am Lithuanian (European), ended up living in the most beautiful city in the world - Rio de Janeiro. I would never consider myself a local. But I know the place! I know or find out easy how to get around. I live here for over a year. Language is not an issue. My person is very simple and easy going, I am communicative and friendly.
I speak few languages. Before Brazil, I was living in the Netherlands for three years. So, I learned quite a lot of the Dutch language (would be happy with Dutch visitors for helping me to keep the language alive, hehe). In my childhood I learned Russian language just by hanging out with kids in the streets. Later came English, as a most popular language, and the media is full of it everywhere. So, it came easy. I even started to study French in school, but I did not like it at the moment so I cannot remember anything. And living in Brazil makes me to learn Portuguese fast. There is just no go without it here. And, finally, because I am from Lithuania, of course I speak my native language.
I am about to build my life here in Brazil because I love it. I am sure that anyone of you guys coming here would love it too...
