if there's one place i'd leave half of my heart when i leave copenhagen, it would be at huset. in a secret little place down the crowded road of Radhusstræde in Copenhagen. it is a cafe where the smell of chai latte and coffee or most of the time, beer, linger around when i step inside. not only it is a cafe but a memory bank of mine. a memory bank full of laughter, and wonderful evenings. of tears, and sadness.

a place that has seen both the best of times and the worst for many of us who have walked through its mini garden path. huset, is, a place that gathers people of different colors from around the globe. different languages spoken you can hear from different tables. it is a place to go to feel safe. one that reminds me: i am not alone.
