I'm a U.S citizen; and I've also lived abroad long-term. I'm in New York City and I know the city and its sites, areas, and methods of transit. I speak two languages and am an amateur in an additional three. I'm of average size and height, and not a boisterous guy. Good for conversation and other activities including (but not limited to) travel, discussion, scholarly debate, advice, etc.
