Fish and Chips - Fried cod, chips and pea puree. Fish cake - Filleted fish croquette or salmon and other chopped or ground seafood. Chicken / Vegetable Curry - chicken or vegetables in a curry sauce, accompanied by white rice (basmati type) and a flat bread called Naan. There may be variations. Full English Breakfast - Bacon, fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, but which can also be cooked, with tomato sauce, sausage and toasted bread. There may be variations. Sunday Roast - Traditionally served on Sundays, consisting of a roasted meat, usually roast beef (it can be pork or chicken), accompanied by Yorkshire puddings, roasted potatoes, boiled vegetables and gravy (typical sauce). Mince Pie - Sweet pie filled with a mixture of dried fruits and spices called 'ground meat', traditionally served during the Christmas season.
