Mixing drinks isn’t just a job for me — it’s a passion for bringing people together. Whether it’s crafting the perfect mezcal cocktail with a twist inspired by Italian amari, sharing stories over a classic English pint, or experimenting with Nordic-inspired infusions from my time in Estonia, I love turning any moment into a memorable experience.
