The small island of Paquetá is a neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. With forty streets, twelve squares, two public parks and zero cars. Yes, there is prohibited the movement of motor vehicles. To get there, just take a ferry at Praça XV, in downtown Rio de Janeiro.
