Usually the places around Het Zand in Brugge would belong in my Traps list but wow NOMAD is a breath of fresh air! Breakfast has just become healthy (granola, greek yogurt, oatmeal, fresh bread etc) and stylish! Very cool Scandinavian interior with a twist of Art and the Belgian coziness. My new breakfast spot! Hallelulja! The lunch also looks like heaven! Try it and start your day in style!
