Calentado is a traditional Colombian breakfast.It is the typical breakfast of our ancestors who lived in the paisa region.They would make it with leftover beans and rice .
The most common ingredients are rice,beans,plantain,and meat.It´s served with a fried egg and arepas .The accompanying drink is a delicious chocolate whit cheese.
