    A San Diego Gem...the Carlsbad Flower Fields!!!

    My friend Kasey and I spent an amazing day at The Flower Fields in Carlsbad—one of my favorite local spots to connect with nature, beauty, and each other. We wandered through the vibrant ranunculus fields, soaking up every color and every moment. Each step felt like walking through a living rainbow. Then we visited the Butterfly Encounter, a magical new addition where we hand-fed butterflies and watched them flutter freely around us and even land on our heads and arms. As someone who’s built a life and career around human connection, these kinds of days are everything to me. If you’re ever in San Diego and want to explore through the lens of local charm, meaningful conversation, and soul-filled experiences, I’d love to be your Local Friend.
