Mamaya a Gem in the West

Okay, Mamaya — I see you. 👀 Walked in curious, walked out planning my next visit before I’d even paid the bill. The food hit every note I needed: flavor, texture, that little wow factor that makes you go quiet mid-bite. Service was warm, the vibe was chef’s kiss, and my plate didn’t stand a chance. If you haven’t been yet, fix that. 🍣🤍
