I’m a curious, easygoing local who enjoys good food, hidden gems, museums, bookstores, neighborhood wandering, cultural events, and conversations that somehow end up covering everything from history and pop culture to wellness and the wonderfully weird. I’ve spent years working in wellness, community care, and people-centered spaces, so making people feel comfortable comes naturally to me. I’m equally happy putting together a relaxed afternoon over tea, exploring a museum, finding something delicious to eat, or heading off to see a side of the city you might never stumble across on your own. My style is less “tour guide with a flag” and more “local friend who knows where we should go next.” Whether you’re visiting solo, new to the area, or just want some company while exploring, I’m happy to help you have a DC day that actually feels like you.

A local day with me might include wandering through a museum, exploring one of DC’s neighborhoods, finding a great little restaurant or café, browsing a bookstore or local market, catching an exhibit or event, and making at least one completely unplanned stop because something interesting caught our attention. I’m not big on rigid itineraries. Tell me what you’re into—or what kind of mood you’re in—and we’ll build from there. Foodie day? Arts and culture? Black history? Wellness and witchy things? Nerdy DC? Quiet bookstores and tea? A little bit of everything? I’m game. The goal is simple: spend a few hours enjoying the city like you’ve got a local friend here.
