About me

I am a Dance and Movement teacher, Entrepreneur, Nature Lover, Traveller and Hypnotherapist. I practice both General and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy.
I am also a certified TEFL teacher. I have travelled extensively and been to over 23 different countries. I lived in England, Spain and Greece, so I do speak some Spanish and Greek. I owned and ran my Bed and Breakfast, in Durban, South Africa for 19 years and had the pleasure of hosting and meeting many different travelers, with whom I loved sharing information and places of interest for them to visit, whilst they stayed with me. Currently, I live on the beautiful Wild Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal, in a placed called Banners Rest, close to Port Edward, overlooking the Mtunvuna River and Nature Reserve, into the Transkei. On my back door, is the Red Desert, the smallest desert in the world. From time to time, I host Weekend Retreats, exploring the fantastic nature, beaches and mountains we have here. I love sharing my knowledge of the local environment and attractions with, out- of -towners and look forward to being your Local Friend on the South Coast of KZN, South Africa.
